Hah, my first thought about this was "Noël des Campeurs! " (Campers' Christmas), our version of Christmas in July. It's a neato idea... dunno if I'll participate much though O_o.

If you see any snow on the ground now, it's from the arenas where they play ice hockey.

So, no skiing/skiing (don't know how it's spelled lol -.-')
BTW I live in northern Sweden
Riksgransen closed early then, I have skied up there in late June many years ago, we skied in shorts( bad road rash if you fell on the icy crystals) was great, 24 hour skiing.
BTW, I lived in Sundsvall and Storlien for many years back in the 70's.

Well it fits in with my world...

Had to scrape the ice off my cars windowscreen this morning....Mind you I've had to do that every day for the past month or so

I don't mind the freezing cold but I wish the snow would come with it.

This is surely a sign of global cooling within Guild Wars. I hope you are all ashamed.

In Danish as well!

A little crazy, but I think it's going to be fun!

so someone pointed to the wikipedia site on winters day on July and I saw that there is icecream on that. Get's me to thinking that they might add some icecream with some special effect.

If A-net can see or read this some how, PLEASE give a drop a SPEED BUFF. PLEASE. I am not talking about in town either. I am talking about running speed in the explorable areas of the game...like PRESEARING because there are NO skills that have a speed buff in pre. Since I am on a mission to collect 40 stacks of hunter's ale and it takes 2 minutes just to get to the hunter's this would be very helpful. I like helpful drops.

Not going to read all 11 pages, so I guess it is confirmed no mini polar bear. I would start a campaign to save the poor raptors but I have other plans for them.

I remember when I was stationed in 29 Palms CA, showed up in July. Girlfriend called to ask how it was, I told her to turn the oven on 400 degree and stick her head in it, pretty much describes this place. I can only imagine AZ would be similar.

If they are gonna remake an event they had better used the "Day Of The Tengu" event, that happened only once

Anyway we have something to do this weekend.

I'd like that event too seeing as I was on the road during that event and the hotel internet crapped out before I got a mask >.<

And risk starting a QQ thread that would probably rival the Ursan Blessing threads put together.

(Dang spell checker should know what I am thinking).

I might have to log in and play for the event. But if there are no new event hats or special Items I'll skip it. The event games are very boring now.
